Mednarodno usposabljanje programa Erasmus+ “LEAD” – Malta, 2019

English version can be found below

V avgustu se je na Malti odvijalo Erasmus+ usposabljanje za mladinske delavce na temo LEAD (Leadership, Exploration and Development).* Udeležili so se je tudi trije člani Kluba študentov Kranj. Spoznali so nove ljudi: ljubeznive, energične, zaspane, inteligentne, visokega modela in rdečelaso kraljico. Sedem dni so po poteh neformalnega učenja razvijali svoje mehke veščine in pridobivali ter izboljševali svoje vodstvene kompetence. Jedli so bajte, bili so poskusni zajčki psiholoških testov, podajali so si storže, srečali so se z neciviliziranimi Derdiani … Opremljeni z novim znanjem so zdaj pripravljeni na izzive realnega sveta. *vodenje, raziskovanje in razvoj

International training course Erasmus+ “LEAD” – Malta, 2019

This August three KŠK members attended the training course LEAD (Leadership, Exploration and Development) on Malta. They met new people; lovely, energetic, sleepy, intelligent, a tall model and a red – headed queen. Through non-formal learning they were working on their soft skills and leading competences. They’ve eaten bajts, they were lab rats of psychological experiments, tried the pinecone challenge, met with the wild Derdians and now they are ready for new challenges a real world has to offer.

Hosting organisation prepared a project connecting the participation of 8 countries: Malta, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Kosovo, Estonia, Ukraine and Slovenia. Project took place from 25th of August to 2nd of September in a town called Dingli.
